Your time with us is exclusive which makes it a perfect time to spend with your friends and loved ones without anyone else being present. With this in mind we would respectfully ask that clients arrive at the time they have booked and for you not to arrive earlier than 5 mins prior to your booking time

Any changes must be made by the person who made the booking. Any other types of amendment would be at the discretion of the management. All amendments will be confirmed in writing.** |

| Beautissimo Spa recommends clients take relevant insurance to cover bereavement, medical appointments, medical conditions, illness, adverse weather etc to cover all parties attending the appointment, cancellation and no shows. |
Use of the pool is at your own discretion and risk.
Please ensure you have bathed beforehand – no false tan (chlorine will eliminate the tan and will also contaminate the pool). No sleeved/long legged swimsuits. Only swimwear allowed.
Please note we do not offer shower facilities.

| **Any pool contamination (drink spillage, bodily fluids, false tan etc) which results in the pool having to be drained and refilled will incur a £150 surcharge** |
| GIFT VOUCHERS |
| Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be extended beyond their expiry date. The appointment time/date a gift voucher is redeemed against must be within the expiry date on the voucher. If a gift voucher is used to secure a booking, once the booking has been confirmed the voucher is classed as redeemed and as such normal terms and conditions apply. |

| **Should we have to close as a result of government imposed restrictions, all appointments will be rescheduled to an alternative date at a mutually agreeable time. Unfortunately refunds cannot be given*** |
Dietary needs MUST be requested at time of booking.
Please note we may not be able to cater for certain dietary requirements and any alternative may not be as advertised.
Smoking only allowed in designated areas
Missing towels, robes and slippers will be chargeable at £30 per item
Clients own alcohol is prohibited
Medical/allergy conditions (including pregnancy) must be disclosed at time of booking
Any children attending the spa must do so in the company of and under the supervision of a responsible adult. We will not be responsible for any damage/injury caused as a result of children not being properly supervised.
Beautissimo Spa are not responsible for any loss/theft/damage of personal items including vehicles whilst being on our premises.
We reserve the right to raise prices and/or modify or discontinue treatments/packages without prior notice to ensure standards of service are maintained
We have a zero tolerance policy of abusive or threatening language or behaviour towards our staff. This includes, but is not limited to, bad language or swearing, racial or sexual abuse or harassment, persistent or unrealistic demands, causing damage or stealing and possession of drugs or other illicit substances. Should any client contravene this policy then their appointment or booking may be immediately curtailed or cancelled without recompense.
